Children's Privacy

Spellfall does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The game does not require account registration or the submission of any personal information to play. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.

Data Retention

• Local data (localStorage) persists until you clear your browser data.
• Server data (race results, leaderboard entries) is retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboards.
• Multiplayer session data (player positions, match state) is temporary and deleted after each match ends.

Data Security

All communication between your browser and our game server is encrypted using WebSocket Secure (WSS) and HTTPS protocols. We do not store passwords, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information.

You can:

• Clear all local game data by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site
